New York (Reuters) – A major software upgrade for Ethereum, the second largest blockchain network, was activated on Thursday. The move is expected to stabilize network transaction fees and then reduce Ethereum’s supply.
Ether was already low on the day it entered the technical adjustments, dropping 4.4% to $ 2,601.73 at the end.
