Kurt Angle And Mick Foley Endorse Wrestling Cryptocurrency Project

With awareness and adoption of cryptocurrency on rise every day, it was no surprise that pro wresting fans would be propositioned with a digital currency. However, where some attempts into the space have been primarily a publicity stunt, Crypto Wrestling Inu ($CWI) attempts to offer something with more substance and sustainability.

The founders of Crypto Wrestling Inu explain that the project has been built around the idea of giving something back to the wrestling business. In short, when users purchase the coin they pay a small fee, known as tax, on each transaction.

The idea is that as awareness grows for the coin and trading volume increases, the founders will use the tax collected to fund various charitable projects within the pro wrestling industry. Itโ€™s a bold aim, but the founders have already made impressive headway with gaining support.

In its first month the team behind $CWI have gained the support of an impressive roster of performers in the industry, with endorsements from former WWE Superstars Kurt Angle, Mick Foley and D-Von Dudley, and most recently AEWโ€™s Jade Cargill.

The team have also already sponsored a number of active independent wrestlers across the world including James Storm, Renee Dupree, Joe Hendry, Thomas Latimer, Jack Jester and more.

Cryptocurrency โ€“ Working for Wrestlers

As well as sponsoring talent, the team have announced plans to donate the fees collected to charities, help training schools in need of repairs and equipment and raise money for other noble cause within the field.

With an extremely active online community, impressive industry links and rapidly growing awareness โ€“ perhaps best demonstrated by their billboard appearance in Times Square โ€“ the $CWI team say they are focused on the long-term sustainability of the project and making it accessible to all generations of fans.
