Bitcoin (BTC) was able to take a small bounce but at the time of writing it still drops lower than the price was 24 hours ago. Altcoins have had a harder time in the past 24 hours. This crypto also first made a dip, but then made a less strong bounce. As a result, most altcoins are down again and the total market capitalization of all cryptocurrencies drops to $2.07 trillion this morning.

Ethereum
Ethereum (ETH) lost traction at USD 3,200 yesterday, then plunged all the way to USD 3,020. Subsequently, the ether price also bounced slightly, but soon encountered too much resistance near $3,160 and then dipped again. Subsequently, ether was able to recover to USD 3,150 but failed to break through and fell back to USD 3,100 this morning. Ether now seems to be rising slightly, but whether this will last is the question.
I personally keep the divergences to the daily chart for higher accuracy, with that said, I do see bullish divergence on the 4 HR #ethereum chart. Bounce over the next few days? Lots of overhead resistance. pic.twitter.com/qFdDsigIvk

Binance coin, solana & cardano
Binance coin (BNB) follows a similar pattern but fell harder. The BNB price first plunged from 455 to 420 yesterday, down 7.7%, and then consolidated overnight around USD 430. Solana (SOL), which rose sharply yesterday morning, also dipped last night, then bounced, but continued to fall overnight. SOL is down 3.5% today and comes in at $140. We see the same pattern of cardano (ADA) which dipped to 1.14, then bounced but continued to fall overnight to $1.17, a loss of 5.5%.

Polka Dot & Terra
Notably, polkadot (DOT) has seen less severe swings in the past 24 hours and is the fastest growing of the top 10 largest crypto at the time of writing. DOT just shot from $23.8 to $24.8, up 4.2% in an hour, but now appears to be walking into resistance here. Terra (LUNA), on the other hand, has not yet encountered resistance, making it the only price that is in the plus compared to 24 hours ago in the top 10. The LUNA price is up 5% this morning to $73.
chain link
Just outside the top 10, chainlink (LINK) is still rising. LINK has been on the rise since the turn of the year and is now 5% in the plus and now 32% compared to a week ago. This increase is accompanied by severe fluctuations in price and volume. LINK is trading above $27 this morning after falling to $19 on New Year’s Eve.

Internet Computer
Then we have another noticeable riser on the market today: internet computer (ICP). ICP has been in an upward trend since December 20, although there was still a significant dip in between this week. Nevertheless, ICP is today no less than 8% in the plus and even 38% compared to a week ago. ICP comes in at $35.5 at the time of writing.
Ahoy #icp folks! Need your input!

Hardest fallers top 100
Despite this, most prices in the top 100 are red today, a large number is more than 5% in the min. Zcash (ZEC) rose sharply yesterday, but has lost it again and is today 10% in the min. Near ( NEAR) rose hard at the end of December, but is down 10.5% today. That also applies to fantom (FTM) which is even down by 11% today. The biggest loser among the top 100 today is oasis network (ROSE) which is down 13% in the last 24 hours. It is striking that all three crypto are still about 35% in the plus compared to a month ago.
